By creating an account or using https://globalsnap.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. 

1. The basics – what you get 

• Generate, enhance, and culturally localise App Store / Google Play screenshots using AI 
• Credit-based system (see pricing page) 
• Free tier + paid Pro / Agency / Studio plans + one-time credit packs 

2. Your content – you own 100% 

• Everything you upload and everything we generate for you belongs to you 
• Unlimited commercial use, worldwide, forever 
• We never use your screenshots or prompts to train any model 
• We never display, sell, license, or share your content with anyone 

3. What you promise us 

You will not upload or generate: 

• Illegal content (child sexual abuse material, terrorism, etc.) 
• Content that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks 
• Malware or viruses 

We may delete violating content and suspend/terminate accounts without refund. 

4. Credits & payments 

• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law 
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled 
• You can cancel anytime in your account settings → access continues until the end of the billing period 
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice 

5. Availability & changes 

• We aim for 99.5 % uptime but give no SLA in the free tier 
• We may change features, pricing, or these Terms with reasonable notice (email + in-app) 

6. Deletion & termination 

• You can delete your account and all data with one click (Settings → “Delete everything”) 
• We delete everything within 24 hours 
• We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms 

7. Limitation of liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

• The Service is provided “as-is” 
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months 
• We are not liable for indirect/consequential losses 

8. Governing law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of England and Wales.
